(A) Three time-point variations in Abs reactivity to the following peptides were analyzed: MAP3865c133–141 (M1); ZnT8186–194 (Z1); MAP3865c125–133 (M2); ZnT8178–186 (Z2), MAP1,4αgbp157–173 (M3); PI64–80 (P3); MAP2404c70–85 (M4); PI46–61 (P4). MAP/ZnT8 homologs are indicated by black lines, while gey lines indicate MAP/PI homologous epitopes.
