(a) Selective catheterization of the left renal vein showed reflux into the left SV. Selective venogram of the left SV in its mid aspect; (b) and later at the level of inguinal ligament. (c) Confirmed the reflux into multiple branches of SV distally and into the PP. (d) Coil embolization of distal branches of the SV and (e) proximal embolization of the SV was performed using the sandwich technique.
