The expression level of CD8a (a cytotoxic T cell), CD57 (for NK cells), and COX2/iNOS (inflammatory markers) in CAIA with LPS-treated IL-32β transgenic and Non-Tg mice were determined with immunohistochemical analysis as described in Methods. The experiments shown in Figure 4 were repeated in triplicate with similar results.
