Analysis of mRNA levels of HBD-1, -3, and -9 in synchronized PSMα3-treated cells. Synchronized HeLa cells were treated with 1 µg/ml of PSMα3 and analyzed when the majority of the cells were either in the G1 or G2/M phases. Defensin mRNA level was measured by RT-qPCR.
