Ketanserin significantly inhibits LP-macrophage chemotaxis, but not phagocytosis. LP-macrophages were isolated from mice with dextran sodium sulfate (DSS)-induced colitis treated or not with ketanserin on day 7. Migration of LP-macrophages induced by CXCL12 was assessed using a microchemotaxis chamber.
