Regions having reduced WMV in SLE patients compared to healthy controls were reported at the height threshold of p < 0.05 family-wise error corrected with the minimum cluster size of 50 voxels (p < 0.05 extent threshold). S1: Controls versus SLE patients at diagnosis. S2: Controls versus SLE patients after sufficient disease control. The t-stats and coordinates (x, y and z in mm) of the peak voxel within each cluster are given. The size of each cluster (number of voxels) are also provided (each voxel equals to 1.5 mm3).
