Sporulating cells of B. subtilis PERM1238 (P_recA-gfpmut3a) collected at different times after T₀, in the sporulation program (T₂, T_4.5 and T₆) were treated with M-C (125 ng/mL), incubated for additional 1 h and finally observed under fluorescence microscopy.
