Characteristics of A549/cisplatin (DDP) and parental A549 cells. (a) Cell counting kit‐8 assay was used to measure cells inhibitory concentration (IC)50 for DDP. (b) Cell growth was detected by a cell viability assay. , A549; , A549/DDP. (c) Cell cycle was investigated by flow cytometry. , A549; ,A549/DDP. (d) Cell apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry. Both A549 and A549/DDP cells were cultured with 2.0 μg/mL DDP.
