α₂ I-domain binding to peptide derivatized collagen films. Wells were coated with 100% EDC/NHS cross-linked collagen films. Diazirine-ES-GFOGER or ES-GFOGER were added to films at 5 μg/ml and exposed to UV light for 5 min. Controls include wells coated with GPC(GPP)₅GFOGER(GPP)₅GPC or BSA. I-domain-GST fusions were incubated on collagen films at 5 μg/ml for 90 min in the presence of 5 mM Mg²⁺ or EDTA and detected using an anti-GST antibody. A representative dataset from three identical experiments is shown (n = 3 for each condition).
