HT1080 and Rugli cell binding to peptide derivatized cross-linked collagen films. Diazirine-ES-GFOGER or ES-GFOGER were added to EDC/NHS cross-linked collagen films at 5 μg/ml and exposed to UV light for 5 min. Controls include wells coated with GPC(GPP)5GFOGER(GPP)5GPC or BSA. 5 × 105 cells/ml were added to wells in the presence of 5 mM Mg2+ or EDTA, lysed and quantitated.
