(b) Mouth hook movements were significantly affected in 5-HT2B receptor mutations in comparison to CS larvae, although mouth hook movements in 5-HT2B receptor (line 2) insertional mutant larvae were not significantly reduced compared to w¹¹¹⁸ larvae.
