Symptom development in Eucalyptus nitens following challenge with Phytophthora cinnamomi. (A) A section of 1.5 cm stem tissue was harvested below and above the site of inoculation at 5 dpi. (i) Mock-inoculated and (ii) inoculated. (B) Lesions on E. nitens seedlings 6 wpi with P. cinnamomi.
