miR-155^−/− and WT mice received 1 × 10⁵ PFU of CVB3 i.p. on day 0, and protein levels of IFN-γ, IL-4, IL-13, and IL-17 in the homogenized heart tissue were determined by ELISA on day 7 post-infection.
