AZD5363 inhibits the proliferation of liver cancer cells. (A) The HepG2 and Huh7 cells were exposed to AZD5363 at varying concentrations (range, 5–30 µM). The cells were then cultured for 72 h, and the inhibitory rate was measured by a CCK-8 assay. Dose-dependent inhibition of each cell line was noted.
