Changes in colony-forming unit (CFU) counts and time to positivity (TTP) in patients receiving anti-tuberculosis (TB) chemotherapy. Patients with active pulmonary TB were treated with a weight-adjusted fixed-dose of Rifafour e-275. Changes in CFU/ml and TTP (hours) from baseline (day 0) on days 1, 2, 4, 6, 10 and 14 were expressed as (A) Δlog CFU/ml and (B) ΔTTP and plotted against time.
