Effects of miR-524-5p on gastric cancer cell invasion. Cell invasion was measured using a Transwell assay 48 h following miR-524-5p transfection. miR-524-5p overexpression inhibited the invasion of human gastric cancer (A) SGC-7901 and (B) MGC-803 cells, compared with control cells. All experiments were repeated ≥3 times and the data are reported as the mean ± standard deviation. *P<0.05 vs. miR-control. miR, microRNA.
