Green fluorescence protein (GFP) expression levels in cells of the human myelogenous leukemia cell line K562 following infection with the conditionally replicating Ad derivatives containing different copy numbers of miR-142-3p–targeted sequences (see Supplementary Table S1). K562 cells were infected with the Ads at the indicated MOIs for 24 hours. GFP expression levels were determined by flow cytometry. Data are expressed as the mean ± SD (n = 3).
