Transcript profile of the OXI1 gene analyzed by qRT-PCR in wild-type Arabidopsis (WT) and in the ch1 mutant (control or photoacclimated) exposed for 4 or 8 h to high-light stress (1500 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ at 7°C/14°C, day/night). Photoacclimation was induced in the ch1 mutant by a 2-d treatment at a moderately elevated PFD of 450 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ at 20°C/18°C (day/night), as by Ramel et al. (2013a). Data are normalized to the values at time 0. Results are mean values of three biological replicates + sd.
