Ret mRNA and protein levels are shown in the indicated mutants and control littermates. Panels C, F and I show quantification of Ret antibody immunofluorescence from serial sections along the rostrocaudal axis (see Experimental Procedures). Data are shown as mean +/− S.E.M.
