Saccharin consumption in male mice pre-treated with: A. Saline (control); n=8–10 per group, B. Fenofibrate; n=9–10 per group, and C. Tesaglitazar; n=10 per group. Saccharin consumption in female mice pre-treated with: D. Saline (control); n=20–22 per group, E. Fenofibrate; n=12 per group, and F. Tesaglitazar; n=10 per group. Values represent mean ± S.E.M.
