The GNPs were incubated for 2 and 18 h and illuminated at 561 nm.
Obtained with a slightly differently positioned localization detection lens. This resulted in a lower amount of signals, so the threshold of the analysis was adjusted. This means that the amount of counted points is consistent with the rest of the measurements, but the localization precision was poorly affected.
