Fig. 1 — Schematic representation of region 3q26.2 corresponding to MECOM gene in CD19⁺ B-cells of 9 patients. We observed a common minimal amplified region of 28 kilobases (85 copy number markers) in 7 patients. This amplification is observed in all the CD19⁺ B-cells in 6 patients (copy number at 3, CN 3) and in a part of CD19⁺ B-cells in 1 patient (copy number between 2 and 3 revealing a mosaicism phenomenon)
