Co-IP of 1a-His6 with Cho2p-HA or Rtn1p-HA. The cell lysate with Cho2p-HA or Rtn1p-HA alone or along with 1a-His6 was subjected to immunoprecipitation using anti-His mAb (IP His) or anti-HA pAb (IP HA), followed by Western blotting using anti-HA (IB HA) or anti-His (IB His) antibodies, respectively.
