Representative sedimentation profiles of TAPBPR, HLA-A2/photo-FluM158–66, and an irradiated mixture of TAPBPR and HLA/A2/photo-FluM158–66. SV-AUC analyses were carried out and analyzed as described in detail in Materials and Methods, and profiles were acquired at 280 nm with absorbance optical detection system.
