Listed proteins were identified by at least three distinct peptides in the three independent pools of donors analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Note that none of the 42 proteins uniquely identified in F3-10K (Fig. 3A and Dataset S1) were found in all three donors, probably because of the higher variability of recovery of this fraction, therefore they were not included in this table.
