CVB3-infected male mice received female-derived M-MDSCs on day 3, 4 days later, myocardial histopathological alteration (A), infiltrating inflammatory cell number (B) as well as a 7-day-period survival rate (C) were examined. Data were presented as the means ± SEM of 5 mice per group. For survival rate evaluation, each group contained 8 mice. Individual experiment was conducted 3 times with similar results, and the representative data were shown. ***p < 0.001.
