Figure 2. LIMYB interacts with RPL10 in the nucleus.

Figure 2

a, In vivo interaction between LIMYB and RPL10 by bimolecular fluorescence complementation (BiFC) analysis. The fluorescence (yellow fluorescent protein (YFP)) images were acquired using Nicotiana tabacum leaves co-expressing the 35S∷RPL10-SPYNE + 35S∷LIMYB-SPYCE and 35S∷RPL10-SPYCE + 35S∷LIMYB-SPYNE fusion proteins. They are representative samples from three independent biological repeats. Scale bars, 20 μm. DIC, differential interference contrast. b, LIMYB and RPL10 interaction in planta. The indicated constructs were expressed in N. tabacum leaves, and co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) assays were performed using an anti-haemagglutinin (HA) antibody. CSN5A is an unrelated protein used as a negative control. c, Co-immunoprecipitation assay was performed using an anti-GFP antibody.
