Rag2−/− Yy1f/f (Rag2−/−) or Rag2−/− Yy1f/f Lck-Cre (Rag2−/− Yy1Lck) mice were injected with anti-CD3ε or PBS and thymocytes were analyzed 9 d later. (A) Total number of thymocytes.
