(B) The number of Calb-immunoreactive boutons shows a steep decrease from the soma toward the end of the anykrin G-immunolabeled AISs. For comparison, the spatial distribution of total number of GABAergic varicosities and boutons of AACs taken from Veres et al. (2014) are shown in the same plot.
