(a,b) Magnetic field (H) dependence of magnetization and critical current density Js at various temperatures. H is applied along the crystal’s c-axis. Large Js value over 2*106 A/cm2 was obtained at T = 5 K. Inset in (b) shows Js(H) for sample Ca0.8La0.2Fe1−xCoxAs2 (x = 0.044) within a log-log plot. Hs is defined as the upper critical point for single-vortex region in which Js is field-independent.
