Table 2. Candidate gender-independent AR-markers for Acute Rejection in kidney transplant patients.

Microarray analysis using protein Ab arrays (Clontech-500) with pooled serum samples from kidney transplantation patients and controls was performed, as described in Material and Methods. Candidate AR-markers were identified in AR vs. Rest comparison (4-classes: NK, SF, AR, and CGI) using Comparative MarkerS election (Gene Pattern). Final selection was made using rank, score, feature P, and fold change.
