Table 3. Candidate gender-independent CGI-markers for Chronic Graft Injury in kidney transplant patients.

Microarray analysis using protein Ab arrays (Clontech-500) with pooled serum samples from kidney transplantation patients and controls was performed, as described in Material and Methods. Candidate CGI-markers were identified in CGI vs. Rest comparison (4-classes: NK, SF, AR, and CGI) using Comparative Marker Selection (Gene Pattern). Final selection was made using rank, score, feature P, and fold change.
