Table 4. Candidate gender-independent common AR-CGI-markers for Acute Rejection and Chronic Graft Injury in kidney transplant patients.

Microarray analysis using protein Ab arrays (Clontech-500) with pooled serum samples from kidney transplantation patients and controls was performed, as described in Material and Methods. Candidate AR-CGI-markers were identified in AR-CGI vs. Rest comparison (3-classes: NK, SF, AR-CGI) using Comparative Marker Selection (Gene Pattern). Final selection was made using rank, score, feature P, and fold change.
