This patient had one new gadolinium enhancing lesions visible in this slice on the post contrast T1 images at baseline (first column, marked by red arrow) and resolved in the follow-up scans. The enhancing lesion was located in the right splenium of the corpus callosum extending to the right major forceps area and shown as hyperintensity on the FLAIR image at baseline, and gradually lessened both in size and intensity in the follow-up scans.
