Spatial pattern, intersession similarity and TRT reliability of KLS‐based morphological connectivity matrices. The mean KLS matrices (across participants) derived from session 1 (A) and session 2 (B) were highly correlated with each other, a robust finding against different choices of spatial smoothing and brain parcellation (C). TRT reliability analysis revealed high reliability for most elements in the matrices (D).
