The test–retest (TRT) reliability of global network measures as a function of sparsity for morphological brain networks from nonsmoothed (A) and smoothed (B) data. Generally, despite of different analytical strategies, the global network measures showed fair to excellent reliabilities (i.e., 0.4 < ICC < 1) over almost the whole sparsity range studied.
