Binding kinetics of cTnI on a PC-TIR sensor with immobilized myoglobin antibodies. Before cTnI was injected, a detection baseline was first recorded by making PBS flow through a microchannel on the sensor surface (Stage I). Stage II shows the sensor response when 200 μL of cTnI with a concentration of 200 ng/mL was flowing on the sensor surface. Stage III shows that the resonant wavelength returned to the baseline after a PBS wash.
