Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity of carbonic anhydrase IX (CAIX)-specific Antibodies. 1 µg/ml CAIX-specific scFv-Fc minibodies were added to the target tumor cells in the presence of human peripheral blood mononucleated cell (E:T 25:1). Similar results were obtained in two experiments. Irrelevant anti-SARS scFv-Fc (11A) and anti-CCR4 scFv-Fc (48) minibodies were used as negative controls.
