Mouse sarcoma models display baseline and virus-induced differences in tumor infiltrating lymphocyte and myeloid cell populations. Mouse sarcoma cell lines were implanted subcutaneously into the flanks of female C57Bl/6 mice. A single dose of PBS control or 1 × 108 pfu of rRp450 was delivered by fractionated intratumoral injection. Seven days postinfection, (a,b) tumor-infiltrating T-cell populations were analyzed by flow cytometry. (c) Tumor-associated myeloid cell populations were analyzed 72 hours postinfection.
