IL2RA expression correlates with serum levels of 25(OH)D in CD4+ T cells from MS patients. CD4+ T cells were purified from a Dutch cohort of RRMS patients with known serum 25(OH)D levels as described in Materials and Methods. The graphs display linear regression analyses of serum 25(OH)D levels with the log2 of the expression of IL2RA and TAGAP relative to TBP in CD4+ T cells. r² represents the coefficient of determination and P the uncorrected P-values.
