The initial number of cells in each compartment before RT begins, based on various GFs and four different tumour doubling times (TD’s) for a 4×4×4 mm3 tumourlet voxel. Note that the GF of 0.05 was not high enough to yield a TD of 30 days even with no hypoxic cells.
