The 648 nucleotide sequence of partial capsid protein-coding region from two sampled regions and isolates from other countries were aligned by the MUSCLE program. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the maximum likelihood method under the Tamura 3-parameter. Sequences obtained from GenBank are denoted with their country of origin, species host and accession numbers. Bootstrap values >50 are shown in the corresponding nodes. The bar indicates the genetic distance scale (number of nucleotide differences per site).
