The comparisons were made between the equimolar concentration of dendrimeric chelates and monomers (i.e., 0.69 mM G1-PAMAM-(TmDOTA)6 vs 0.69 mM TmDOTA−, 0.34 mM G2-PAMAM-(TmDOTA)12 vs 0.34 mM TmDOTA−, and 0.16 mM G3-PAMAM-(TmDOTA)25 vs 0.16 mM TmDOTA−).
