The diagram and transcripts of MTA1, MTA2 and MTA3 genes (A–C) are based on the ENSEMBL database (MTA1 ENSG00000182979, MTA2 ENSG00000149480, MTA3 ENSG00000057935). The blues are alternatively spliced exons. The diagrams are based on the known protein coding transcripts, not including non-coding RNAs.
