In contrast with Fig 2, hPf(H), hPm1(H), hPm2(H) are selected independently. The control regimes are much more complicated compared to partial optimization in Fig 2, but typically this gives only a small decrease of disease prevalence. Partial or constrained optimization appears more practical.
