Compared with group 1 (0 MAC), there was no significant difference in atracurium onset time in group 2 (1.0 MAC) (P>0.05). Compared with group 1, group 3 (1.5 MAC) and group 4 (2.0 MAC) did decrease the atracurium onset time (P<0.01 and P<0.001, respectively).
