A and C, SSc lung and skin fibroblasts were serum-starved for 24 h followed by incubation for 48 h with indicated concentrations of M10 or scrambled peptide (Scr). Cells were collected with lysis buffer and analyzed by Western blot with anti-collagen type I and anti-β-actin antibody as a loading control. B and D, Densitometric analysis of immunoblots.
