Figure 10. Elevated survival in hrRNASET2-treated A375SM-melanoma bearing mice.

Mice were injected s.c. with A375SM melanoma cells (2.5×105 cells/mouse). When the tumors reached ∼100 mm³, the mice were injected i.v. with hrRNASET2 (1mg/kg, n=10) or PBS (Control, n=9) every other day. The experiment was ended after 73 days. Survival curves were estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method. The log-rank test was performed to assess the significance of differences in survival curves.
