The antiviral activity of compound 7c was determined using a TZM-bl assay as previously described.14 Compound 7c was not toxic to TZM-bl cells at the highest tested concentration (20 μM). EC50 is the concentration that inhibited the pseudotype virus infection of TZM-bl cells by 50%.18 The data in the table represent mean ± SD of three independent experiments.
