Effect of CypD inhibitor C-9 and CsA on Aβ-induced decline of ATP levels. SK-N-SH cells were treated with 5 μM oligomer Aβ plus: vehicle without inhibitor, C-9 at the indicated concentrations (10 and 20 μM), CsA (1 μM), and Aβ alone (5 μM), respectively.
